Chabahar is one of the strategic points of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the region with great potential in terms of access to open waters and geographical location. The Chabahar International Regime is a potential case in point to enhance Iran's trade exchanges across the region and the world. In this regard, the main question of this paper is: What effect does the establishment of the international Chabahar regime have on the commercial and security arrangements of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The main hypothesis of the paper is that the Chabahar international regime, with its special geostrategic position and high commercial capacity in the region, can increase trade exchange and improve the security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the world. The Islamic Republic of Iran can also play a key role in the commercial and security arrangements of the Chabahar project in a way that contributes to increased security and economic stability at the national and regional levels. Accordingly, the research method used in this paper is explanatory-analytical; and library and statistical studies have been used for data analysis. According to the subject of this article, applying the theory of international regimes can help us in two aspects of Chabahar's characteristics and capacities to transform the international regime on the one hand and its role in the commercial and security arrangements of Iran. The result of the article is that the international regime of Chabahar can stabilize Iran's environment through economic diplomacy and resolving conflicts with influential countries in the world so that the viability of attracting capital, economic cooperation and trade in goods and services is realized
