Makran region is important due to its strategic location in Southwest Asia, connection to open waters and access to oil and energy resources, which can be effective in the field of regional and international political and economic equations. One of the tools of Makran's growth and development is economic diplomacy. Paying attention to the development of Makran and providing operational solutions under economic diplomacy will help decision makers to have a more comprehensive understanding of the transit capacities of the Makran region and to be able to remove the obstacles to the development of these areas. Therefore, the main question in the present article is what strategies transit-oriented economic diplomacy should adopt in the development of Makran beaches? The research method of the article is thematic analysis based on semi-structured interviews with experts, and based on it, 5 strategies "Development of port and road infrastructure", "Strengthening international cooperation with the priority of emerging powers", "Attracting foreign investment", "Culturization and persuasion" "Private Sector" and "Ensuring the security of the region and analysis of competitors" were obtained as transit points in the economic diplomacy of the Makran coastal area.
