تاثیر مناطق آزاد بر اقتصاد سیاسی ایالات متحده آمریکا (مطالعه موردی بنادر آمریکا)

چکیده
دنیای کنونی پساجنگ سرد که دارای خصوصیاتی متفاوت از عصر کلاسیک نظام بین‎الملل می‌باشد دولت‎ها را به سمت سیاست سفلی و توجه به مؤلفه‌هایی مانند اقتصاد و فرهنگ سوق داده است. از این رهگذر توجه به تاکتیک‎های اقتصادی مانند تجارت آزاد و اقتصاد بنادر و دریاها مورد اقبال قرار گرفته است. آمریکا در راستای ارتقای نظام اقتصادی خود اقدام به تأسیس مناطق تجاری آزاد نموده است که بسیاری از این مناطق در جوار دریاها قرار دارند بنابراین می‎توان به‌درستی اذعان داشت که آمریکا اقبال ویژه‌ای به اقتصاد دریاها و بنادر داشته است. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی تأثیر مناطق و بنادر آزاد بر روند اقتصاد سیاسی ایالات‌متحده بالأخص توسعه اقتصادی این کشور می‎باشد. پرسش اصلی پژوهش این است که مناطق آزاد چه تأثیری بر اقتصاد سیاسی ایالات‌متحده آمریکا داشته است؟ فرضیه مطرح در پاسخ به پرسش اصلی آن است که مناطق و بنادر آزاد ایالات‌متحده امریکا با تولید کالا و خدمات گسترده، جذب نیروی کار، جذب صادرات و سرمایه‎گذاری مستقیم خارجی –که از مؤلفه‌های اصلی توسعه اقتصادی می‎باشد- منجر به توسعه اقتصادی آمریکا شده و درنهایت به شکوفایی اقتصاد سیاسی این کشور منجر شده است. روش پژوهش مقاله روش تبیینی می‎باشد چراکه این پژوهش درصدد بررسی تأثیر متغیر مستقل-مناطق آزاد- بر متغیر وابسته-اقتصاد سیاسی ایالات‌متحده امریکا- است.

چکیده English

The current post cold war world which has different characteristic from the classic era of international system has motivating governments to low politics and paying attention to components such as economy and culture therefore attention to economic tactics such as free trade and economy of ports and seas has been favored. USA in order to improve its economic system has stablished free trade zones and many of which are located near the seas so it can be acknowledged that the United States has special interest in the economy of seas and ports. The current research seeks to investigate the impact of free zones and ports on the political economy of United State specially the political and economic development of this country. The main question of research is, what effect did free zones have on the political economy of United States? The hypothesis is that, the free zones and ports of United States of America have positive effect on the economic development processes of this country, while this effect has been neutral regarding political development. The method of research is explanatory because try to investigate independent variable on dependent variable.
