importance due to the complexity and multiplicity of factors influencing safety and efficiency. These factors include hull risk, maritime cargo risk, human risk, and operational risk, which mutually and non-linearly affect each other. Identifying the interactions and simultaneous effects of hull, cargo, human, and operational risks is crucial, as these risks interact in a complex and dynamic system. These interactions can lead to an increased probability of accidents, higher costs, reduced productivity, and diminished safety. In this study, an integrated maritime risk management model is developed using dynamic systems analysis and visual tools such as causal-loop diagrams and flowcharts. The causal-loop diagram serves as a key tool for identifying and analyzing causal relationships and feedback loops between key variables such as ship age, crew experience, equipment quality, cargo type, and environmental conditions. This diagram helps in understanding the structure and behavior of the complex system by displaying the interactions among various factors. Moreover, the use of flowcharts for more precise modeling of system dynamics and simulating various maritime risk management scenarios has been emphasized. The findings of this study indicate that the proposed approach can help in more accurately identifying critical points and providing effective solutions to mitigate risks and improve decision-making in maritime transport. This model provides an efficient tool for managers and decision-makers to enhance safety and productivity in this industry by reducing risks.
