Also, the maritime regulations have specified the territorial waters, under supervision and the free sea, and the sovereignty rights of the governments are limited to the territorial waters of the seas and the belt adjacent to the seas for freedom of navigation. However, regarding the security of ports and shipping, except for a few internal laws and regulations, they have not done any major work, and it is necessary to develop new laws and regulations according to the current conditions..
